Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **HORECA Sales Executive** to expand our presence in the hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering companies)
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand market share
- Promote and sell company products to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum **3–5 years of experience in HORECA sales** (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in **FMCG / Food Distribution / Meat / Frozen products**
- Knowledge of Dubai HORECA market and key clients
- Arabic language skills (advantage)
