Job Summary
The Quality Controller maintains quality and regulatory compliance for FMCG inventory across warehouse and distribution operations.
The role inspects materials, monitors storage conditions, and ensures products are safe, accurate, and compliant with company specifications and customer expectations.
Location and Employment
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Work location: In person.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods for quality, quantity, and damage.
- Conduct temperature and condition checks for temperature-sensitive products.
- Record inspections and manage non-conformities, rejections, and CAPA.
- Monitor warehouse storage conditions, hygiene, and GHP compliance.
- Ensure FIFO and FEFO practices and stock integrity.
- Support pest control and contamination prevention.
- Audit picking, packing, and loading for accuracy and product safety.
- Release only quality-approved products for dispatch.
- Maintain quality records, traceability, and audit documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and applicable regulations.
