Requirements
- Minimum 8 10 years Experience in Planning and Production Planning to develop and execute project timelines effectively in Infrastructure projects in UAE
- With 3 5+ years in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, bridges, etc.), preferably in UAE/GCC
- Strong ability to develop baseline and Review, detailed, and resource loaded programmes (Level 4 & 5)
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 (mandatory), plus MS Project and advanced Excel skills
- Expertise in critical path analysis, progress updating, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Hands on experience with delay analysis techniques such as TIA, Impacted As Planned, and As Built vs As Planned or as per the client Requirement
- Proven ability to prepare and assess Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including establishing cause and effect relationships
- Strong understanding of FIDIC conditions, contractual notices, variations, and claims procedures
- Ability to prepare progress reports, S curves, dashboards, and coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Highways & Bridges Planning Engineer based in Dubai.
