Requirements
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving abilities, including proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC and ventilation systems
- Knowledge of safe and compliant handling of refrigerants and environmental regulations; EPA certification or eligibility is preferred
- Solid understanding of electricity as it applies to HVAC systems, including wiring, controls, and basic electrical safety
- Experience with plumbing related to HVAC installations, condensate lines, and system connections
- Demonstrated experience performing preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training or HVAC certification is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfort using digital tools for reporting, documentation, and remote coordination
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial HVAC environments is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time remote role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS.
- The technician will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related ventilation equipment, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and safety.
- Day to day tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, replacing components, and verifying system operations according to specifications and regulations.
- The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer manuals, as well as documenting work performed and maintaining accurate service records.
- The technician will collaborate with internal teams and clients to schedule work, provide technical guidance, and support high quality project delivery.
Qualifications
