We are seeking a Healthcare Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement, customs clearance, and distribution of medical devices and pharmaceuticals across UAE healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end procurement, customs clearance, and regional distribution of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostic kits across UAE healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate with global OEMs, regional distributors, and UAE MOHAP/DHA certified partners to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
- Lead inventory forecasting, demand planning, and stock optimization for high velocity healthcare SKUs with strict shelf life controls.
- Develop and execute client specific service level agreements (SLAs) with hospitals and procurement departments to ensure 99%+ on time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal QA and regulatory teams to maintain ISO 13485, GMP, and local health authority documentation for all supplied products.
- Proactively resolve supply chain disruptions, including customs delays, vendor quality issues, or regulatory bottlenecks.
Requirements
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar for healthcare logistics)
- Medical device regulatory frameworks (MOHAP, DHA, ISO 13485)
- Supply chain management in healthcare or pharma sector
- Customs clearance procedures in UAE
- Inventory control systems with expiry tracking
- Vendor and supplier relationship management in medical procurement
- Microsoft Excel (advanced pivot tables, forecasting models)
- ERP integration with hospital procurement portals

Skills & Qualifications
- Must Have: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar for healthcare logistics)
- Must Have: Medical device regulatory frameworks (MOHAP, DHA, ISO 13485)
- Must Have: Supply chain management in healthcare or pharma sector
- Must Have: Customs clearance procedures in UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi ports)
- Must Have: Inventory control systems with expiry tracking
- Must Have: Vendor and supplier relationship management in medical procurement
- Must Have: Microsoft Excel (advanced pivot tables, forecasting models)
- Must Have: ERP integration with hospital procurement portals
- Preferred: Experience with DHA e procurement platform or MoH e tendering systems
- Preferred: Familiarity with UAE’s health authority licensing (e.g., SFDA, MOHAP approval pathways)
- Preferred: Certification in healthcare logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, or related)
