Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end healthcare product imports and exports across UAE ports and customs, ensuring timely clearance and regulatory alignment
- Manage relationships with healthcare suppliers, distributors, and government health procurement agencies to maintain supply chain continuity
- Oversee warehousing, inventory accuracy, and cold chain logistics for temperature sensitive medical goods
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and other regional regulatory frameworks
- Prepare and audit documentation for shipments—including COAs, MSDS, certificates of origin, and health permits—to prevent customs delays
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and reduce lead times for emergency medical orders
Requirements
- MOHAP registration experience
- UAE customs clearance procedures
- Medical product logistics (cold chain, sterile, hazardous)
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Trade documentation & compliance (COA, MSDS, certificates)
