Responsibilities
- Ensure HSE policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to and regularly reviewed
- Prepare HSE plan and review method statement for project site
- Conduct HSE site survey and task based risk assessment
- Organize HSE training as per project approved training matrix
- Conduct safety inspections of workplace, vehicles, equipment
- Monitor and assess hazardous and unsafe situations and develop measures to assure personnel health and safety
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and provide corrective actions
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to project manager
- Advise and instruct on various HSE matters
- Monitor implementation of HSE plan
- Conduct HSE internal audit and coordinate external audits
- Prepare toolbox talks and HSE alerts
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of health and safety work experience in service industry, leisure and hospitality, or travel and tourism
- Relevant health and safety training certificates like NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, etc.
- Proven experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
- Proficient in computer applications like Google Workspace
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Attention to detail

Job Overview

The Job

Selection Criteria
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years health and safety work experience in service industry, leisure and hospitality, or travel and tourism.
- Possess relevant health and safety training certificates like NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, etc.
- Proven experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
- Proficient in computer applications like Google Workspace.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
