About the Role

- Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance services
- Carry out reactive call activities at sites and installation works
- Installation of security system equipment, as replacements or additional installation
- Liaise and coordinate with clients and attend to service calls to ensure rectification of faults
- Installation of server/storage and maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure safety standards with required PPE
- Training of customer's assigned representative in usage of installed system
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, I.T. or equivalent
- At least 5 8 years of experience in handling maintenance sites
- Minimum 2 3 years experience as a Service Engineer for a Security Installation
- SIRA or MCC Engineer certificate
- Valid UAE Driving license
- English communication and writing skills

The Job
- Provide effective engineering and implementation of end to end execution for security integration and civil scope of works.
- Experienced in resource and sub contractor management to achieve timely delivery of projects within stipulated timeframe and budget.
- Previous experience of working with Security and surveillance equipment.
Main Responsibilities
- Day to day coordination/reporting with maintenance operation manager for the schedule.
- Carry out the Planned Preventive Maintenance services.
- Carry out Reactive call activities at sites & installation works.
- Installation of security system equipment, as replacements or additional installation.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients and attend to service calls and ensure rectification of faults with minimum down time.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients and plan preventive maintenance visits.
- Installation of server / storage and maintenance and troubleshooting of the same.
- Adherence to G4S Quality Management System procedures.
- Plan, coordinate and collect materials from logistics.
- Ensure Safety standard with required PPE being implemented.
- Ensure proper tools and testing devices used at site.
- Scheduling and coordination with the technicians and field staff work activities.
The Ideal Candidate
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, I.T. or equivalent.
- Should have at least 5 8 years of experience in handling Maintenance sites.
- Should have a minimum of 2 3 years experience as a Service Engineer for a Security Installation.
- Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management.
- Should be ready to attend call out during non working hours, weekends, and holidays.
- SIRA or MCC Engineer certificate.
- English communication and writing skills.
- Valid UAE Driving license.
