About the Role
G4S is looking for an experienced ELV Technician for its Electronic Security Systems Division in Dubai. The role involves supporting service engineers with preventive maintenance, reactive call activities, and installation of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.

Responsibilities
- Support and provide technical assistance to Service Engineers on day to day activities
- Attend to service calls and ensure rectification of faults with minimum down time
- Execute preventive maintenance visits and ensure the system has been thoroughly checked & required repairs are done, PPM reports are prepared and take acknowledgement from the client
- Installation of server / storage and maintenance and troubleshooting of the same
- Prepare a list of installation materials required and collect materials from logistics
- Ensure neat and proper installation of the system before handover to the client
- Ensure Safety standard with required PPE being implemented with self and the team
- Ensure proper tools and testing devices used at site and safe keeping of all testing devices
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through professionalism and efficiency
- Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures and its performance
- Perform other duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, I.T. or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Technician for a Security Installation, preferably 3 years in service and maintenance
- Comprehensive knowledge of security systems like CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intruder Alarm
- Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management
- English communication and writing skills

Job Introduction
- We are currently looking for experienced ELV Technicians for our Electronic Security Systems Division.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Service Engineers in the day to day coordination of planned preventive maintenance and reactive call activities at site & installation works.
Main Responsibilities
- Support and provide technical assistance to Service Engineers on day to day activities.

The Ideal Candidate
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, I.T. or equivalent.
