- Greet guests, present menus, make recommendations, and handle special requests or complaints professionally
- Supervise a designated station (15–25 guests) to ensure service teams adhere to SOPs
- Take detailed food and beverage orders, relay them accurately to kitchen/bar, and ensure accurate billing
- Train, mentor, and guide junior servers and bussers
- Ensure the restaurant station is properly stocked, cleaned, and set up prior to service
- Actively use upselling techniques to increase revenue and enhance guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high end or resort environment
- Extensive knowledge of menu items and non alcoholic drinks
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and handle high pressure situations
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for long periods
- Captain Waitress/Waitress: 3 years (Required)
- Tagalog (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
