- Maintain exceptional service standards by ensuring all food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and accurately
- Lead, supervise, and motivate colleagues, delegating tasks effectively
- Ensure the restaurant environment is well presented, clean, safe, and aligned with the resort's image
- Provide genuine hospitality, greeting guests professionally and anticipating their needs
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of all food and beverage items
- Uphold the highest standards of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene
- Maintain effective communication within the team and between departments
- Follow all health, safety, sustainability, and emergency procedures
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in a luxury resort or high end restaurant
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent product knowledge of food and beverage items
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
- Knowledge of health, safety, and emergency procedures

Overview
- Kerzner International has a fantastic opportunity for a Head Waiter/Head Waitress at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.
