About the Role
One&Only The Palm is seeking a Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at Casea 101. The role involves assisting the Restaurant Manager, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of service in a luxury resort environment.

- Present a professional, energetic image that enhances the guest experience and delivers genuine hospitality
- Ensure all mise en place, service areas, and equipment are properly prepared, maintained, and aligned with resort standards
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, effectively communicate with colleagues, delegate tasks, and stay updated on daily resort activities
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, professionalism, and environmental responsibility while actively participating in training and team events
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a preference for expertise in Italian cuisine
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with high profile and diverse clientele
- Dynamic team player and able to provide the highest standard of service
- Excellent communication in English language required; additional language highly regarded
