- Strong leadership and communication skills for Head Waiters
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards for Head Waiters
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

Head Waiters / Head Waitresses Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the service team during shifts.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and dining experiences.
- Coordinate table service and manage guest requests efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and support junior service staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service quality.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Head Waiters / Head Waitresses Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within restaurants, lounges, or hotels.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude and customer focused approach.
Bartenders Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and engage with guests professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible service regulations.
Bartenders Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high volume venue.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Hostesses Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and coordinate with service teams.
- Maintain accurate waitlists and booking records.
- Ensure smooth guest flow and exceptional customer experience.
Hostesses Requirements
- Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service professional preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
