- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization
- Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high performing Projects & Facilities team
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within Projects, Construction, Development and/or Facilities Management
- Proven experience managing large scale, multi site capital projects
- Strong expertise in project governance, budgeting, contract management, procurement, and vendor performance
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline

- Our client is seeking an experienced Head – Projects & Facilities to lead a strategically important function within a complex, multi site organization.
- This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of capital projects and facilities while driving operational excellence, governance, and long term infrastructure strategy across a complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of major projects from concept through completion.
- Develop and implement long term Projects & Facilities strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee project delivery, budgets, timelines, quality, risk management, and compliance.
- Ensure efficient management of facilities, maintenance operations, asset lifecycle, and service delivery.

About You

- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is advantageous. Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar are considered a plus.
