- Ensure consistency, presentation, and product quality according to BAKERIST standards
- Train, coach, and develop the pastry team
- Oversee daily production planning and workflow
- Control food costs, minimize waste, and manage inventory efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menus and new product development
