- Prepare high quality espresso based beverages, manual brews, and cold brews
- Confidently use brewing methods such as Pour Over, AeroPress, Chemex, and Siphon
- Create beautiful and consistent latte art
- Work with specialty coffee beans and understand roasting and flavour profiles
- Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Support inventory management and maintain product quality
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in training junior baristas and share coffee knowledge when needed
Requirements
- 4–6 years of barista experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong English communication skills

- We're looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our growing team in Dubai. Position: Barista, Location: Dubai, UAE, Experience: 4–6 years (UAE experience preferred), Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
