- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times
- Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and inventory organization
- Work closely with the pastry team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Pastry Chef or Pastry Cook in a bakery, café, hotel, or restaurant
- Basic knowledge of pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery production
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team player mindset
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast paced environment
