- Lead enterprise IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, applications, and end user support
- Develop and execute technology and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Oversee IT service delivery, governance, policies, standards, and continuous improvement activities
- Manage technology vendors, contracts, budgets, and service providers
- Ensure the security, availability, and resilience of technology platforms and services
- Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology risk management initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement
- Develop and lead technology teams, ensuring high levels of performance and service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience within enterprise technology environments, including leadership responsibility
- Strong experience across IT operations, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and service management
- Experience managing technology transformation, governance, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and deliver technology initiatives across complex environments
- Experience within diversified groups, shared services environments, aviation, real estate, industrial services, or similar sectors (preferred)
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, ERP systems, and IT governance frameworks (preferred)
- Professional certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, IT service management, or project management are advantageous

About the Role
