- Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans and workforce requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team to ensure achievement of hiring targets and recruitment KPIs
- Partner with executive leadership and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs
- Design and execute scalable recruitment processes to support rapid growth and organizational expansion
- Oversee end to end recruitment activities for technical and non technical positions across all levels
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high caliber talent across software engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, sales, and corporate functions
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the technology sector
- Leverage recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, data analytics, and AI driven sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent forecasting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal recruitment policies
- Present regular talent acquisition reports, workforce insights, and hiring forecasts to executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 10 15 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition within a technology, software, digital, fintech, AI, SaaS, or high growth environment
- Demonstrated success in hiring technical talent across engineering, product, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technology functions
- Experience managing recruitment teams across multiple locations and business units

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR, etc.) is preferred
- Minimum 10–15 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition within a technology, software, digital, fintech, AI, SaaS, or high growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in hiring technical talent across engineering, product, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technology functions.
- Experience managing recruitment teams across multiple locations and business units.
