About the Role
ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks a Head of Strategic Enablement and Execution to assist the Head of Strategy with end-to-end strategic planning. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify strategic priorities, set objectives, and monitor delivery.

Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Strategy to own the Bank's Strategic Agenda
- Develop and refine the annual 5 year corporate planning process
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and meetings
- Prepare presentations and papers for ExCom and Board level
- Monitor and report on progress of strategic projects
- Provide updates on key market developments through structured market intelligence
- Identify external market developments and macroeconomic events impacting strategy
- Ensure Digital and AI Strategy and Transformation is on track
Requirements
- Experienced in preparing and presenting strategic business plans
- Understanding of financial modelling and statistical analysis
- Proven experience in strategy development and corporate planning (Retail Banking background an advantage)
- Strong leadership and ability to engage a wide range of stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of banking products and services and key financial metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity and manage multiple priorities

Role Purpose
- Assist Head of Strategy with end to end strategic planning for the Bank, working with cross functional teams to identify and evaluate strategic priorities.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Head of Strategy to own the Bank's Strategic Agenda including understanding strategy, milestones, and KPIs
- Collaborate with business and functions to ensure tactical and strategic decisions align with overall direction
- Monitor and report delivery against objectives
- Develop and refine annual 5 year corporate planning process
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and meetings
- Prepare presentations and papers for ExCom and Board
- Monitor and report on strategic project progress
- Provide updates on key market developments
- Identify external market developments and macroeconomic events

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge
