Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow market share across key segments.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and guide the Sales team, support performance management, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts. Ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Actively participate in sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales activity reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Adjust sales tactics and packages to maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to optimize promotions, pricing, and campaigns.
  • Representation: Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility and secure new business.
  • Client Communication: Ensure timely and professional follow-up with clients. Handle negotiations, proposals, and contracts effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal standards in all sales activities.
