Role Overview

Product Vision and Strategy

• Own and continuously evolve product vision, strategy, and portfolio roadmap aligned with business goals, market opportunity, and customer needs.
• Translate strategy into prioritized outcomes and investment priorities and ensure sound business cases with early Finance engagement.
• Set portfolio goals, KPIs, and success metrics and hold the organization accountable for performance.
• Advise executive leadership on product opportunities, trends, and risks and represent the Product function with external stakeholders.

Portfolio Governance and Delivery

• Own the integrated roadmap across products and platforms and govern prioritization, customer value, business impact, dependencies, capacity, and risk.
• Set operating standards for product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management.
• Chair roadmap and portfolio reviews, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and make transparent trade-off decisions.
• Track portfolio performance, drive corrective action, and own approved product budgets and third-party product spend.

Product Leadership and Talent

• Lead, coach, and develop the Product team and build product management capability and a succession pipeline.
• Establish and evolve the Product operating model, governance, templates, and ways of working.
• Foster a customer-centric, data-led culture based on consistent reporting, decisiveness, written clarity, and outcome accountability.

AI and Future of Product

• Define how AI reshapes product discovery, delivery, and decision-making and evolve team structure, roles, and skills accordingly.
• Set standards for AI-enabled product practices, evaluation frameworks, human-in-the-loop safeguards, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Maintain working knowledge of AI capabilities and partner with Technology and data teams to assess product and commercial value.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• A master's degree, MBA, and/or recognized product leadership certification is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in product management, digital product development, or a related field, including 6–8 years in senior product leadership.
• 5+ years of experience working in Proptech and/or Fintech scaling companies.
• Proven experience leading product organizations and enterprise-scale portfolios from strategy through value realization.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to define product vision and strategy and translate them into prioritized, outcome-based enterprise roadmaps.
• Strong portfolio governance, prioritization, and investment decision-making across multiple products and platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen in business cases, value realization, and ROI thinking.
