Genius HRTech Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on UK hiring for a group holding company.
The role identifies, attracts, screens, and hires candidates across departments and levels.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from manpower requirement through onboarding.
- Understand requirements and prepare or refine job descriptions with department heads.
- Develop recruitment strategies based on position, seniority, location, and business requirements.
- Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Build a candidate database and identify candidates for recurring and critical positions.
Screening and Selection
- Review CVs and applications and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and suitability.
- Conduct initial screening interviews by phone, video call, or in person.
- Assess communication skills, experience, career objectives, salary expectations, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate technical and departmental interviews and maintain evaluation records.
- Conduct reference checks where required.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Follow up with hiring managers on interview feedback and selection decisions.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms within approved company guidelines.
- Prepare offer letters and pre-employment documentation with HR.
- Ensure selected candidates complete joining formalities and documentation.
Role Expectations
- Understand business requirements and source suitable candidates through multiple channels.
- Manage recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining high hiring standards.
- Support recruitment across different departments and organizational levels.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
