About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and portfolio roadmap aligned with business and customer objectives.
• Lead prioritisation and investment decisions across multiple products and platforms.
• Establish product KPIs, success metrics, and value-realisation frameworks.
• Build, lead, and develop the Product organisation, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning.
• Set standards for product discovery, delivery, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with the CEO, Technology, Finance, Operations, and senior stakeholders.
• Own product business cases, ROI, budgets, and third-party product or vendor spend.
• Identify AI opportunities across product discovery, development, decision-making, and product experiences.
• Establish AI-enabled practices covering evaluation, governance, human-in-the-loop controls, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Represent Product at executive level and with strategic customers, partners, and vendors.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience across Product Management, Digital Product, or related disciplines.
• 6–8+ years in senior product leadership roles such as Head of Product, VP Product, Group Product Director, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in PropTech and/or FinTech, ideally within a scaling or technology-led business.
• Experience leading multiple products or platforms and enterprise-scale portfolios from strategy through measurable value.
• Experience building and developing Product teams and effective product operating models.
• Strong commercial understanding of business cases, investment decisions, ROI, and value realisation.
• Strong understanding of AI and its application to modern product organisations.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinking, detailed problem-solving ability, ownership, decisiveness, and accountability.
