Role Overview
Full-time, onsite Associate Creative Director role in Dubai.
Creative leadership position within a small, fast-moving agency.
The role combines creative direction, project leadership and hands-on execution across campaigns, content, branding and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative development from initial brief through final delivery.
- Develop concepts, campaign platforms and creative narratives.
- Write, provide art direction, build decks, develop storyboards and refine presentations.
- Guide creatives and provide constructive feedback throughout development.
- Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategy, client servicing, production teams and external partners.
- Manage projects, priorities, deadlines, budgets and practical delivery requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and help strengthen creative standards and culture.
- Step in on artwork, copy refinement and other creative tasks when needed.

- Strong conceptual thinker able to develop ideas across campaigns, content, branding and experiences.
- Hands-on creative who remains involved in making the work happen.
- Able to lead projects and guide teams without becoming removed from day-to-day work.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for communicating creative thinking to clients.
- Proactive, resourceful, collaborative, adaptable and attentive to detail.
- Able to mentor junior creatives and provide feedback that improves the work and team.
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, craft and creative execution across relevant channels.
Working Approach
The ideal person can move between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
The role requires ownership, care for craft and attention to both ideas and execution quality.
