My client are looking for UX/UI designer for a 6 month contract.
The ideal candidate will need experience with chatbot design.
Responsibilities
- Competitor Research
Analyzes competitors’ products to understand market trends, user expectations, and common design patterns.
Leverage this research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements that align with business goals.
- User Research
Perform user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing across both mobile and web platforms.
Gather insights on user behavior, needs, and pain points, which will inform your design approach.
- Wireframing
Develop low-fidelity wireframes to outline user flows, concentrating on mobile-first design while ensuring adaptability to web platforms.
Your wireframes will guide the product’s structure, navigation, and interaction patterns.
- Interaction Design
Defining how users interact with a product.
This includes designing workflows, prototypes, and interactions to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create creative design assets
that enhance the user experience.
Use visual design skills and tools to engage iconography, micro-animations, video effects, illustrations, and more.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes
to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas and detailed development instructions.
- User Testing
Lead usability testing for both native apps and web apps, using Figma prototypes or live products.
Gather feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve user satisfaction.

Ensure alignment with the brand, design principles, and integrate design systems to maintain consistency across all platforms.
