- Provide strategic direction, governance oversight, and high level decision making support to BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE
- Participate in board and committee meetings
- Review firm performance and risk reports
- Contribute to long term business and legal strategy
- Collaborate with senior leadership on policy development, client service standards, compliance frameworks, and growth initiatives
- Ensure ethical and professional integrity across the firm’s operations
- Represent the firm at industry events and client forums
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate law, governance, or legal advisory at a senior or executive level, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong strategic planning, risk management, and decision making skills
- Demonstrated competence in corporate transactions, compliance oversight, and contract or policy review aligned with regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of professional integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical practice and client centric service
- Familiarity with regional and international corporate regulations; experience in the Dubai or GCC market is an advantage
- Relevant advanced degree (e.g., LL.B., J.D., LL.M., or equivalent) and admission to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction preferred
- Previous board or committee experience, or demonstrated readiness for governance responsibilities, is highly beneficial
