Hiring – Operations Manager (IT Operations / NOC Environment)
📍 Location: UAE \| Client Office (Onsite)
📄 Contract Duration: 6 Months Extendable
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong exposure in managing enterprise IT Operations / Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience managing IT Operations / NOC teams
- Experience handling 20+ member operational teams
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
- ITSM tools experience
- ITIL Certified (Expert / Practitioner preferred)
- Strong leadership, escalation handling & reporting skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 🔹 Mandatory Requirements:
- Candidates must be currently available in UAE
- MOFA attested degree is mandatory
- Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates as per current client project requirements
