- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
- Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings
- Participate in organization wide strategy planning and expand thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
- Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the university's objectives
- Produce engaging content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, brochures, and the university website
- Manage the university's online presence by overseeing social media accounts, optimizing website content for SEO, and analyzing digital marketing metrics
- Plan and execute promotional events, such as open houses, webinars, and workshops, to engage prospective students and stakeholders
- Conduct research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies
- Work closely with academic departments, admissions, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Act as a representative of the university in external events, school visits, education fairs, and meetings with potential partners
- Build and maintain relationships with external organizations to enhance the university’s visibility and student recruitment efforts
