- Develop and conduct feasibility studies to identify opportunities for developing the authority's assets.

- Meet with potential partners and enhance positioning of Dubai as a leading destination.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new investments and provide recommendations.
- Participate in evaluating and structuring agreements and contracts related to investments.
- Provide inputs on risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead the team in preparing and executing the annual operational plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Investment Management, Business Development, Strategic Management, Market Analysis, or equivalent
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to develop policy and regulatory recommendations
- Ability to lead planning and execution of high impact programs
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and initiatives

Job Purpose
- To develop and implement feasibility studies and identify new opportunities for developing the authority's assets and executing its projects in a cost efficient manner.
- Monitor financial performance and return on investment (ROI) of projects and initiatives, and identify necessary corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the department's annual business plan.
- Monitor departmental performance in line with approved directives.
- Lead the team in preparing and executing the annual operational plan.
- Direct the team to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
- Lead implementation of management methodologies, quality control, and process improvement.
- Manage the development and execution of investment and business development programs.
- Develop and conduct feasibility studies and identify opportunities to develop assets.
- Monitor financial performance and ROI of projects and initiatives.
- Conduct proactive studies to identify investment and business development opportunities.
- Perform market research and studies to propose innovative ways to grow investments.
- Define mechanisms for recommending reinvestment strategies.
- Meet with potential partners and enhance positioning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Investment Management, Business Development, Strategic Management, Market Analysis, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to develop policy and regulatory recommendations.
- Ability to lead planning and execution of high impact programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and initiatives.
- Knowledge of sector trends and ability to support strategy and policy development.
