Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the department's annual business plan, ensuring alignment with departmental needs, quality, and institutional excellence objectives.
- Monitor departmental performance in line with approved directives.
- Lead the team in preparing and executing the annual operational plan, including KPIs, targets, projects, programs, and budget requirements.
- Direct the team to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Lead implementation of management methodologies, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage the development and execution of investment and business development programs, ensuring optimal use of resources and financial sustainability.
- Develop and conduct feasibility studies and identify opportunities to develop the authority's assets efficiently.
- Monitor financial performance and ROI of projects and initiatives, identify corrective actions, and report to senior management.
- Conduct proactive studies to identify investment and business development opportunities aligned with the authority's strategy.
- Perform market research and studies to propose innovative ways to grow investments and revenues.
- Define mechanisms for recommending reinvestment strategies to ensure financial sustainability.
- Meet with potential partners and enhance positioning (e.g., promoting Dubai as a leading destination).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Investment Management, Business Development, Strategic Management, Market Analysis, or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to develop policy and regulatory recommendations.
- Ability to lead planning and execution of high impact programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
