Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in technology sales, AppDev or working with customers in a sales role.
  • 6 years of experience working in a customer facing role.
  • 4 years of experience in a people management, supervision or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience developing high growth teams that deliver disruptive innovations.
  • Experience in app business and ecosystem.
  • Expertise in scaling international operations by deconstructing complex market dynamics and implementing high impact, localized solutions.
  • Expertise unifying and empowering various, distributed teams to deliver and exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the international growth strategy, ensuring alignment with sales goals and regional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive business growth and identify high value opportunities for Google and clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C level stakeholders, unlocking transformational international growth opportunities for Google's advertisers.
  • Partner with global customer solutions/AppDev leadership to ensure program agility and continuous adaptation to evolving customer needs.
  • Foster a culture of coaching and mentoring, empowering the team in sales, consultancy, and account management.
