- 4 years of experience in a people management, supervision or team leadership role
- Experience developing high growth teams that deliver disruptive innovations
- Experience in app business and ecosystem
- Expertise in scaling international operations
- Expertise unifying and empowering distributed teams

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in technology sales, AppDev or working with customers in a sales role.
- 6 years of experience working in a customer facing role.
- 4 years of experience in a people management, supervision or team leadership role.
