• We're looking for a Head of Institutional to lead the sales strategy and product roadmap of a multi-asset, multi-jurisdiction platform that combines Revolut's global consumer fintech scale with institutional-grade infrastructure.

• **What you'll be doing*** Building an institutional business line, with full P&L responsibility
• Defining the product strategy for an execution-to-custody, multi-jurisdictional offering
• Designing the go-to-market strategy across broker-dealers, private banks, wealth managers, local banks, family offices, and fintechs
• Building and leading the commercial team, and closing institutional clients personally during early stages
• Partnering with Product and Engineering to ship a competitive API-first, multi-asset, multi-jurisdiction platform
• Defining the operating model and scaling the team across geographies
• **What you'll need*** 15+ years of experience in capital markets, institutional platforms, or B2B financial infrastructure
• Experience with multi-asset platform sales and electronic trading platforms
• A proven track record of building or scaling a business line with P&L ownership
• Deep knowledge of the global markets stack
• Solid commercial instincts and a network across institutional clients
• Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and multi-entity regulated environments
• The ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, from long-term vision to closing the first clients personally
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a high-performance environment
• **Nice to have*** Experience as a founder, early executive, or business unit head at a B2B financial infrastructure company
• Prior leadership at an outsourced trading or institutional platform team within a major investment bank or custodian
• A network across European, US, MENA, LATAM, or APAC institutional client segments
