The Role

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to support growth, expansion, and commercial decision-making.
• Establish scalable financial systems and structures to support a rapidly growing organisation.
• Provide insights and recommendations that influence business direction and performance.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Deliver accurate management reporting and financial analysis.
• Monitor key performance metrics across markets and channels.
• Provide scenario planning and financial modelling to support commercial decisions.

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance activities across multiple regions.
• Ensure all audits, statutory filings, and tax obligations are completed accurately and on time.
• Implement strong internal controls, governance, and risk management processes.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and key financial partners.

Cashflow & Treasury Management

• Monitor and optimise cashflow across all operating entities.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements.
• Ensure effective capital allocation to support sustainable growth.

Commercial Finance

• Partner with e-commerce, retail, and operations teams to optimise profitability.
• Assess commercial performance across categories, markets, and channels.
• Support pricing, sourcing, and inventory strategies with robust financial insight.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple regions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop finance team members.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 8 years’ experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
• **Essential: Proven experience within the fashion industry**
• (retail, e-commerce, or multi-brand environments).
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong technical expertise across financial planning, reporting, and accounting.
• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency operations.
• Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
