Responsibilities
- Own the application portfolio supporting merchandising, inventory, warehousing, fulfilment, logistics and supply chain
- Define and lead a phased modernisation roadmap across legacy and business critical platforms
- Oversee WMS, merchandising, supply chain planning, pricing, promotions and inventory applications
- Ensure application stability, service performance, governance and business continuity
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and investment
- Manage strategic vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers
- Develop the leadership team and maintain clear accountability across the function
- Remain hands on and close to systems, delivery and operational detail
Requirements
- Senior enterprise applications leadership experience within a large, complex organisation
- At least 5 6 years of experience across merchandising and supply chain systems
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, inventory, fulfilment and merchandising processes
- Experience leading major application modernisation or legacy transformation programmes
- Background within retail, consumer, distribution or another customer facing sector
- Experience managing large teams through senior managers
- Oracle experience is beneficial
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, budget and operational management experience

Role Overview
- We are supporting an established company who is seeking a Head of Enterprise Applications to take ownership of one of its largest application verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the application portfolio supporting merchandising, inventory, warehousing, fulfilment, logistics and supply chain.
- Define and lead a phased modernisation roadmap across legacy and business critical platforms.
- Oversee WMS, merchandising, supply chain planning, pricing, promotions and inventory applications.
