Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- Proven experience leading large scale engineering teams
- Strong background in B2C, mobility, ride hailing, logistics, marketplace, fintech, or consumer tech platforms
- Deep knowledge of microservices, cloud native platforms, distributed systems, and mobile first products
- Experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, scalable databases, and modern engineering practices
- Strong product mindset and ability to partner with Product, Growth, Operations, and senior leadership

Role Overview
- Salt is supporting a fast growing mobility venture in Dubai with the search for a Head of Engineering to lead technology strategy, platform scalability and engineering delivery across a high growth digital product ecosystem.
We are looking for someone with
- 10+ years’ engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading large scale engineering teams.
- Strong background in B2C, mobility, ride hailing, logistics, marketplace, fintech or consumer tech platforms.
- Deep knowledge of microservices, cloud native platforms, distributed systems and mobile first products.
- Experience across AWS / Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, scalable databases and modern engineering practices.
- A strong product mindset and ability to partner closely with Product, Growth, Operations and senior leadership.
