- Lead Interest.One's digital asset fund: portfolio construction, investment decision making, and risk management framework
- Own LP communications: quarterly letters, capital call documentation, NAV reporting, and institutional LP meetings
- Develop Bitcoin collateralized yield strategies across lending, on chain DeFi, and structured product categories
- Manage the fund's risk framework: position limits, counterparty exposure, liquidity management, and drawdown protocols
- Hire and manage the Portfolio Manager team (three BTC Strategist positions)
- Ensure regulatory compliance with ADGM fund management requirements
- Brief the board and Head of Capital Strategy on fund performance and market outlook
Requirements
- CFA or equivalent — institutional asset management background required
- 5+ years portfolio management with digital assets or alternative investments
- Experience managing LP relationships and producing institutional grade reporting
- Deep understanding of Bitcoin collateralized lending and on chain yield strategies

What You Will Own
- Lead Interest.One's digital asset fund: portfolio construction, investment decision making, and risk management framework
- Own LP communications: quarterly letters, capital call documentation, NAV reporting, and institutional LP meetings
- Develop Bitcoin collateralized yield strategies across lending, on chain DeFi, and structured product categories

What You Bring
