Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Compensation & Benefits Manager to shape rewards strategy, ensure competitive compensation practices, and enhance employee value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market practices.
  • Lead salary benchmarking exercises and market surveys to ensure competitive and equitable reward structures.
  • Design and manage job evaluation, grading, and organizational leveling frameworks.
  • Oversee annual salary review, bonus, incentive, and merit increase processes.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, allowances, retirement schemes, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, internal policies, and governance requirements related to rewards and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent retention initiatives through effective reward programs.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address compensation related matters and reward decisions.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead compensation related projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management and relevant committees.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Rewards Management.
  • Professional certification such as CIPD or other relevant HR certifications is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and benefits administration.
  • Experience in developing and implementing reward strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
