- Develop, review, and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market practices.
- Lead salary benchmarking exercises and market surveys to ensure competitive and equitable reward structures.
- Design and manage job evaluation, grading, and organizational leveling frameworks.
- Oversee annual salary review, bonus, incentive, and merit increase processes.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, allowances, retirement schemes, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, internal policies, and governance requirements related to rewards and benefits.
- Analyze compensation and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent retention initiatives through effective reward programs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address compensation related matters and reward decisions.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Lead compensation related projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management and relevant committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 10 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Rewards Management
- Professional certification such as CIPD or other relevant HR certifications highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and benefits administration
- Experience in developing and implementing reward strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
