Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation's transformation strategy and oversee the successful delivery of enterprise wide business and digital transformation programmes
- Establish and manage the Transformation Management Office (TMO), ensuring effective governance, reporting, risk management and programme controls
- Partner with Executive Leadership and business stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives
- Lead the delivery and business adoption of large scale technology programmes, including ERP, CRM and HR transformation initiatives
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes
- Manage executive reporting, steering committees and governance forums, providing clear insight into programme progress, risks and benefits
- Drive organisational change management, ensuring successful adoption across multiple business functions
- Embed Agile and product led delivery methodologies to improve execution and business value
- Manage relationships with external consulting partners and technology vendors
- Develop and mentor high performing transformation, PMO, programme delivery and change management teams
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration across the organisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Significant experience leading enterprise wide business and digital transformation programmes
- Proven experience establishing or leading a Transformation Management Office (TMO), Enterprise PMO or equivalent governance function
- Strong programme and portfolio management experience across complex organisations
- Demonstrated success delivering large scale technology transformation programmes involving platforms such as SAP, Oracle and/or Salesforce
- Extensive experience leading organisational change and business adoption initiatives
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage C suite leadership
- Strong understanding of governance, programme assurance, executive reporting and steering committee management
- Experience embedding Agile, product centric or modern delivery methodologies
- Outstanding leadership, communication and relationship building skills
- Previous experience within large corporate, government, semi government or highly matrixed organisations is highly desirable

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Change Management to lead enterprise wide transformation initiatives across a complex and dynamic organisation.
- This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business and digital transformation, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of large scale change programmes.
- You will lead a multidisciplinary transformation team, working closely with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders to deliver technology enabled transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience and organisational performance.
