Overview
A high-growth UAE fintech is hiring a commercial leader to take ownership of revenue and partnership growth at a defining stage of the business.
The role spans both consumer distribution and B2B partnerships, with direct accountability for scaling existing channels and launching entirely new revenue verticals.
You'll report into the CEO and play a central role in shaping the company's commercial strategy and long-term growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial growth agenda across consumer distribution and B2B partnerships
- Build and scale strategic partnerships with corporates, financial institutions, and distribution partners
- Develop new corporate propositions around lending and embedded financial services
- Build the ecosystem partnerships required to launch and scale a new payments and remittance vertical
- Establish commercial rails that enable the business to serve corporate clients with financial infrastructure
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to prioritise and launch new business lines
- Identify, structure, and execute on opportunities that open up new revenue streams
Requirements
- Senior commercial leadership experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services
- Proven track record of building large-scale distribution or enterprise partnerships
- Strong network across corporates, financial institutions, and payment ecosystems in the UAE or wider GCC
- Experience launching and scaling new business lines or revenue verticals from the ground up
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Credibility and gravitas to engage C-suite stakeholders externally and influence internally
