Overview

  • I am partnering with a leading multinational fintech as it scales its commercial team across MENA.
  • This is a Sales Manager role based in Dubai, selling solutions to mid market and large enterprise merchants.
  • It is a consultative, value based sale with long, complex cycles, the chance to own significant deals end to end, and a genuinely uncapped recurring commission plan on top of a strong base.

Responsibilities

  • Sell the full suite of solutions to mid market and large enterprise organisations across multiple verticals.
  • Act as a consultative strategist, advising merchants on the optimal solution for their business.
  • Self source, qualify and close high value prospects, building a healthy pipeline through creative, research led outbound.
  • Prepare and deliver high quality presentations and proposals to C suite stakeholders and lead complex negotiations.
  • Orchestrate the entire sales process, driving urgency and acting as the main point of contact for merchants and internal teams.
  • Nurture key accounts through deep understanding of their industry, pain points and needs.
  • Feed local market, customer and competitor insight back into the wider commercial organisation.

Requirements

  • Solid enterprise sales experience, ideally within fintech or B2B technology.
  • A proven track record of high performance and self sourcing your own pipeline.
  • Comfort with long, complex, value based sales cycles and senior stakeholder negotiation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in fintech and technology.
  • A solid network across the regional commercial or fintech landscape is an advantage.
