Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Public Policy, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of relevant experience in AI planning, policy development, digital governance, or related fields
- Strong governance experience within the technology or digital transformation sector
- Solid technical background in Artificial Intelligence, including familiarity with AI technologies, platforms, and implementation practices
- Proven program management experience leading complex, enterprise wide, cross functional initiatives
- Demonstrated experience developing governance frameworks, policies, standards, compliance mechanisms, and operating models
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills
- Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, AI Ethics, and emerging AI regulations
- Master's degree or professional certification in AI Governance, Digital Transformation, or Technology Policy is highly desirable

Role Overview
