Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s AI & Analytics function and operating model
- Build unified audience intelligence and digital performance frameworks
- Drive AI-powered analytics and executive reporting initiatives
- Develop KPI governance and cross-platform reporting standards
- Deliver actionable insights across digital, social, web, and audience channels
- Support AI adoption and data-driven decision-making across the organization

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Analytics, Audience Intelligence, or Digital Transformation leadership
- Strong experience with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and social platform analytics
- Experience building analytics functions, COEs, or enterprise reporting capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within government or large enterprise environments is preferred
