Job Purpose

  • To develop and implement feasibility studies and identify new opportunities for developing the authority's assets and executing its projects in a cost efficient manner.
  • The role is also responsible for monitoring financial performance and return on investment (ROI) of projects and initiatives, and identifying necessary corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the department's annual business plan.
  • Monitor departmental performance in line with approved directives.
  • Lead the team in preparing and executing the annual operational plan, including KPIs, targets, projects, programs, and budget requirements.
  • Direct the team to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Lead implementation of management methodologies, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the development and execution of investment and business development programs.
  • Develop and conduct feasibility studies and identify opportunities to develop the authority's assets.
  • Monitor financial performance and ROI of projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct proactive studies to identify investment and business development opportunities.
  • Perform market research and studies to propose innovative ways to grow investments and revenues.
  • Define mechanisms for recommending reinvestment strategies.
  • Meet with potential partners and enhance positioning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Investment Management, Business Development, Strategic Management, Market Analysis, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to develop policy and regulatory recommendations.
  • Ability to lead planning and execution of high impact programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of sector trends and ability to support strategy and policy development.
