About the Role

Requirements
- Strong understanding of IB/Markets businesses, product life cycle, and operating environment
- Previous experience leading global teams across Operations lifecycle (Global Middle Office Management, Operations Lead, Risk Mgmt.)
- Evidenced track record of high profile project delivery (Regulatory, External/Internal Policy, Industry Standards, Technology)
- Strategic mindset and forward thinking vision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Influencing skills to simplify complex problems and gain stakeholder buy in

Job Summary
- The Global Trading Operations (GTO) brings together Global Markets Middle Office Team, In Country Markets Operations, Markets Reference Data, Markets Trade Control & Supervision and CoE footprint.
- Reporting to Global Head of Trading Operations and Int Markets Oversight, the candidate will lead Global Trading Middle Offices for Credit across NYC, London, Warsaw, Dubai, Bangalore, Singapore, KL, Hong Kong.
- Global Markets Middle Office is a trusted partner to the business, delivering operational efficiency and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Instil effective and robust operating models within the Global Credit Middle Office.
- Incorporate strong risk & control frameworks, clear policies & procedures, and optimal BAU processes.
- Delivery of roadmap aligned with strategy for Middle Office.
- Represent Global Credit and Commodities Middle Office in key business meetings.
- Provide effective challenge across the organisation.
- Become a trusted advisor to Credit Senior FO mgmt.
