Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, ensuring satisfaction, and responding promptly to requests and concerns.
• Maintain food and beverage knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, service standards, menu options, and wine options.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Team and kitchen to ensure accurate orders, special requests, and timely food service.
• Uphold Jumeirah standards, SOPs, service excellence, professional conduct, mission, and values.
• Ensure proper handling, control, and use of food, beverages, equipment, tools, and service items.
• Oversee table setup, food and beverage service, cleaning, and a welcoming guest experience while following health, safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management.
• F&B Management Health and Safety Certification.
• One to two years of experience in a leadership role and a similar luxury, high-end work environment.
