About The Role
We are hiring a professional Gym Instructor to deliver high-quality personal training and group fitness sessions while supporting overall gym operations and revenue growth.
The role requires a balance between technical fitness expertise, client engagement, and sales ability.
This position operates within a hospitality-driven environment, where service quality, presentation, and guest experience are critical.
1. Personal Training (Core Revenue Driver)
- Conduct initial fitness assessments, body composition analysis, and consultations
- Design customized training programs aligned with client goals (weight loss, strength, rehab, etc.)
- Deliver structured, safe, and results-driven personal training sessions
- Track progress using measurable KPIs (weight, strength, endurance, etc.)
- Maintain accurate client records, session logs, and program updates
- Ensure all clients sign liability waivers and agreements before sessions
2. Group Fitness Classes
- Plan and lead group classes (HIIT, functional training, yoga, strength, etc.)
- Adjust intensity based on participant fitness levels
- Maintain high energy and engagement during sessions
- Ensure safety and proper technique for all participants
3. Sales & Revenue Contribution (Critical)
- Actively promote personal training packages to gym members
- Convert walk-in clients into paying training clients
- Upsell fitness programs and services
- Support monthly revenue targets set by management
4. Gym Floor Management
- Monitor members to ensure correct and safe use of equipment
- Provide guidance and assistance when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and areas
- Report maintenance issues immediately
5. Customer Experience
- Deliver high-level customer service aligned with hospitality standards
- Build strong relationships with members to improve retention
- Handle client concerns professionally and proactively
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and motivating attitude
6. Compliance & Safety
- Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures
- Report incidents, injuries, or risks immediately
- Ensure confidentiality of all client information
Qualifications & Requirements
- International certification (NASM, ACE, REPs, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a gym, hotel, or fitness facility
- Certified in First Aid & CPR/AED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to promote personal training services confidently
- Physically fit with professional appearance
- Candidates must be of Arab nationality
- Fluency in English is mandatory
Working Hours & Schedule
- Shift-based schedule (aligned with gym peak hours)
- 6 days per week (as per Qatar market standard)
- Work may include early mornings, evenings, weekends
- Employment contract is for two (2) years
