About the Role
- As a Room Attendant, your role is pivotal in ensuring that guest rooms are impeccably clean and maintained to meet the highest standards.
- With attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, you play an integral part in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Diligently follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure that every surface is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free of any dust or debris.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels so that guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay.
- Spot any maintenance issues or irregularities within the room and promptly report findings to appropriate departments.
- Contribute to ensuring that guests enjoy their stay without any inconveniences.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Understands FS cleaning and service standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Ability to operate housekeeping equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic English communication.
- Maintains guest privacy and professionalism.
- Physically able to lift, push, and stand for long periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Follows health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
