- Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
- Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations, including check ins, check outs, and reservations
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events
- Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere
- Gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous customer service experience is a plus

What you will be doing
- Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
- Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations, including check ins, check outs, and reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
