Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily guest management operations and reporting.
- Support RSVP tracking and guest database updates.
- Coordinate guest communications and confirmations.
- Prepare guest lists, check-in systems and accreditation materials.
- Assist in seating plans and guest allocations.
- Coordinate with hospitality, transport and protocol teams.
- Support VIP and VVIP handling onsite.
- Ensure proper briefing and coordination of hostesses and guests management staff.
- Handle guest inquiries and operational requests.
- Support onsite registration and guest flow management during event days.couting hotel and negotiation

- Booking flights with travel agency
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experience in guest management or event coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Riyadh-based availability preferred.
- Immediate availability
